Inboks helps users capture and organise tasks, notes, voice notes, files, links, chat summaries, memories, projects and calendar items. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email and profile details you choose to add. We also store the content you add to Inboks — including tasks, notes, links, files, voice notes, memories and project information.
Voice notes and AI
Voice notes may be uploaded, transcribed and analysed using AI services to help organise your captures. AI processing may use trusted third-party providers such as OpenAI. Suggestions remain yours to review and approve.
Files
Files you upload to Inboks may be stored securely so you can access them again from your account.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar integration is optional. We only access your calendar if you choose to connect it, and only to create and sync events you approve.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data.
Deletion and contact
You can request deletion of your account or data at any time by contacting schalk@schalkshepherd.com.
Beta status
Inboks is in private beta. This policy may evolve as the product matures.
